Classes at Tai Mantis offer a variety of styles in kung fu and tai chi. Beginners are taught fundamental stances and beginning-level routines which build a solid foundation of physical skills such as balance, stretching, footwork, punching, kicking, etc. Advanced students learn a variety of styles and forms, weapons, sparring sets, and specialized training. Many of Sifu Eng's advanced students have been training over 30 years.


Kung Fu styles taught include Tai Chi Praying Mantis (太極螳螂), Seven Star Praying Mantis (七星螳螂), Northern Shaolin (北少林), Hung Gar (洪拳), and Fu Jow (虎爪).


Tai Chi (太極) styles taught include Chiu Style (趙太極掌) and Yang Style (楊式太極拳).


Special Seminars are also available throughout the year for Women's Self-Defense, Tai Chi, Praying Mantis, Weapons, etc.
