In a Nutshell:

SCHOOL: Sifu Eng teaches adult and children's classes in empty-hand and weapons forms, and in Yang-style Tai Chi at his school in Campbell, California. He also teaches week-long public and private seminars for students from out of town.

BIOGRAPHY: Born in Hong Kong and raised in New York, Sifu Eng has spent most of his life teaching kungfu in the San Francisco/San Jose area. He began training at the age of 6, and has had teachers in Hong Kong, the U.S., and Vietnam.

PUBLICATIONS: Sifu Eng is working on a series of books, DVDs and posters on the theory and technique of Seven Star Praying Mantis Kungfu. So far, four books, one DVD and one poster have been produced, and are available by mail order. More will be added here as they become available.
